The Call Center Training Program is offered through the Lancaster County OneStop Office.  We urge those residents interested in taking the training course to visit the OneStop Office on White Street in Lancaster and get the process started.  Program sign-up cannot be done by phone or over the internet. You must visit the OneStop Office in person to apply for the program.

I want in the classes!

If you are interested in taking the courses, visit the Lancaster OneStop Office on White Street to make certain you are WIA certified.  WIA Certified residents can take the course at NO COST to them.  If you are employed and still want to take the courses, you can do so by paying a tuition fee for the course.
